Call-Recording for Webex

Connect Webex in four steps

1

Create your account

Sign up at call-recording.com/signup, verify your email, and sign in. Free trial — no payment details required.

2

Choose Webex in the wizard

Your first sign-in opens the Easy Setup wizard. Select Webex (and optionally Cisco Unified CM) and click Next.

3

Approve in Control Hub

Open Control Hub from the integration page and authorize the Call Recording Service App — see the account requirements below.

4

Connected automatically

The page detects your approval, connects on its own, and recent calls, messages, and meetings start importing with AI analysis.

Record and archive Webex calls, messages, and meetings

Connect Webex to call-recording.com in minutes: your organization's call recordings, messaging history, and meeting recordings are captured automatically into one secure, searchable archive — alongside Cisco Unified CM if you record on-premises too.

Who has to authorize each connection

Call recordings

Authorize with a Webex organization administrator account.

Messaging history (organization-wide)

Authorize with an administrator who holds the Compliance Officer role. Assign it in Control Hub under Users → select user → Administrator roles → Compliance Officer.

Older message history

Webex organizations generally need Pro Pack to retrieve compliance events older than 90 days.
